Heat alarm detector

CO2 laser cutting engraving machine processes material by heating the material with fast speed. It may cause the material burning when cutting some inflammable material like wood, leather and plastic.

Although we cool it by air assisting to reduce the possibility of be on fire. However accidents may happen (once the air assist doesn’t work or the blowing air is shortage).

The heat alarm detector made by Thunder Laser helps you to avoid these accidents.

The heat alarm system have a temperature sensor board which will react the abnormal temperature (higher than 55°C/131°F) on material processing chamber. It will trigger at a certain temperature to stop laser processing and give a warning sound which is around 85 db(A) that can be heard even 15 meters away, so operator can take action to stop the fire in time to reduce the potential losses and risks.
